A Casing Shoe is a critical wear component mounted at the bottom of a casing to improve penetration efficiency and protect the casing during drilling operations. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and fitted with wear-resistant carbide teeth, it offers excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and structural durability in demanding ground conditions. Precision machining and controlled heat treatment ensure reliable performance and an extended service life.
Casing shoes are widely used in bored pile construction, secant pile walls, bridge foundations, high-rise buildings, metro projects, and other deep foundation applications. Suitable for both single wall and double wall casing systems, they are designed to perform efficiently in clay, sand, gravel, weathered rock, and hard rock formations. Various diameters, tooth configurations, and customized designs are available to meet different drilling requirements.
