DESCRIPTION

vibroflotation is one of a typical technique which is a widely used application for foundation soil improvement. In vibroflotation construction, vibroflot equipment makes a joint action of horizontal vibration and high pressure water or air shock to compact the loose sand layer or formed in soft soil of gravel column to compose the composite foundation with original soil together, finally achieve the improvement of soil by load capacity, settlement controlling as well as the anti-seismic capacity. vibroflotation is often used in foundation treatment of dams, oil fields, power plants, ports, airports, bridges, etc.

Vibro techniques

The depth vibrator is used for 2 distinct techniques which differ both in their soil improvement and in their load transfer mechanism. They are Vibro Compaction technique and Vibro Replacement technique.

Vibro flotation method

Under the joint action of the horizontal vibration of the vibroflot and high pressure water or air, the loose foundation is compacted; or after forming holes in the foundation layer ,the hard coarse particle materials is backfilled to form reinforcement body. Then, composite foundation will be formed by reinforcement and surrounding foundation soil.

The product is widely used in foundation treatment projects such as the hydropower industry, petrochemical industry, port terminals, thermal power generation, airport renovation and expansion, and civil buildings.

1. Hanging Head

A key part to guarantee the safety construction of the whole vibroflot. It should be installed at the top of the vibroflot and can be connected with the crane hook
