WS39 Casing Teeth are replaceable cutting teeth designed for casing shoes used in bored piling and foundation drilling. Suitable for single wall and double wall casing systems, they provide reliable cutting performance in hard soil, gravel, weathered rock, and mixed ground conditions. The quick-change design allows easy replacement on site, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. WS39 teeth are compatible with Bauer-style casing shoes and various piling systems.
Manufactured from 42CrMo alloy steel with YG11C tungsten carbide tips, WS39 casing teeth deliver excellent wear resistance and impact strength. Heat treatment and optimized cutting geometry improve durability, penetration efficiency, and drilling stability during casing installation.
